Return Reference	Explanation
Pt VI, Line 11b	The Form 990 is first reviewed by the Chamber Treasurer and the Finance Committee. It is then presented to the full board for review.
Pt VI, Line 6	There are two classes of members, Class A and Class B. Class A members are assessed annually a membership fee based on several factors pertaining to their business. These fees cover the costs, expenses, investments and obligations of the Organization. In any proceedings in which voting by members is called for, each Class A member in good standing is entitled to one vote. Class B members are honorary members selected by the Board of Directors. They have all of the privileges of Class A members except for the right to vote. As such they are exempt from payment of dues.
Pt VI, Line 15a	The compensation of the President was determined by a committee comprised of Chamber board members. The Western Area Chamber Executives organization information was also reviewed to insure the salary package was in line with the industry in the area.
Pt XII, Line 1	The method of accounting is the modified cash method. This is not a change in method; it is simply better describing the method the Organization has been using, and is in agreement with prior years financial statements.
Pt VI, Line 12c	On an annual basis, the Conflict of Interest policy is provided to each board member for their review and signature. The signed document is returned to the Legal Affairs Team. Throughout the year, the Director ensures compliance to the policy by monitoring any new board members and their business/personal relationships with the Organization.
