CELA EXISTS TO PROTECT AND EXPAND THE LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPPORTUNITIES OF ALL CALIFORNIA WORKERS AND TO STRENGTHEN THE COMMUNITY OF LAWYERS WHO REPRESENT THEM.
