Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Our credit Union has members who vote at the annual meeting, they are not stockholders but are just credit Union Members with voting rights only at the annual meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Credit Union has a board of directors that vote on any issues the credit union has and can vote in a new member to the board at any time. Normally we elect new officers at the annual meeting and all members of the credit union can vote on the governing body.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 is reviewed by Mary Kay Schlosser the Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	We held an Annual Meeting on June 28th 2020 inviting all members and handed out our 12/31/19 financial statements to all members at the meeting. We also put a notice on the annual statements mailed out in January 2019 that anyone not able to make the annual meeting could cantact us and we would mail them the financial statements upon request.
