Additionally, during the year ended December 31, 2019, two of the Trustees served on the Board of Trustees of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	The Trust has contracted with a third-party administrator (Vimly Benefit Solutions, Inc.) to provide bookkeeping and administrative services. The Trust has also contracted with Impact Accounting & Consulting Services, LLC and MHM Consulting to provide management consulting services.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Trustees for Business Health Trust are appointed by the Board of Trustees of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, the trust settlor and a service provider to this trust. Trustees for each Industry Health Trust are ratified by vote of the respective Industry Health Trust membership.
