What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Western Alaska Community Development Association was organized in 2006 pursuant to section 305(i)(1) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act to govern the six Community Development Quota (CDQ) groups in Western Alaska.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
