	Main Activity--The Cody Country Chamber of Commerce is a Business Membership Organization that works to make the community a better place to live and to do business. It advocates on local issues of interest to the 500 plus members, promotes the business community, seeks to improve infrastructure, and is the primary source of communication of business interests through membership and committee meetings, press releases, newsletters and periodic mailings

Pt VI, Line 11b	The President of the Board and Executive Director will review the form 990 and sign the document prior to the form being filed with the IRS. A copy of the Form 990 will be retained by the Chamber for review of the board at any time they deem necessary.
Pt VI, Line 15a	Compensation process for top official compensation for the executive director and other management positions are determined and approved by the board of directors. The board's process for determining rate of compensation depends on many different factors, including experience and industry standards/averages in the region for similar jobs. The factors that are taken into consideration for raises inlcude cost of living increases, experience, employment history with the chamber and performance.
Pt VI, Line 12c	The board is asked annually to provide notification of conflicts of interest. Contracts, vendors, etc are approved by the ED with the most knowledge of any items that fall under a conflict of interest.
