Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	Membership in the Association is open to all individuals, organizations, firms, corporations, districts, authorities, cities, towns, and other entities interested in furthering the purposes of the Association. The membership of the Association is organized into panels according to classification of water use or interest. The panels are: (a) Groundwater Panel; (b) Irrigation Panel; (c) Municipal Panel; (d) Industrial Panel; (e) Navigation Panel; (f) River Authorities Panel; (g) General and Environmental Panel; (h) Utility Districts Panel; and (i) Drainage Districts Panel.
