Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	APEX has no employees. The Association retains the services of a management firm, Kellen Company, to provide management, back-office services, and use of office space and equipment. The Executive Director is an employee of Kellen Company, and as such, is provided compensation and benefits from Kellen Company. Management fees to the organization totaled $1,462,959 for the year ended December 31, 2019. Additionally, has a management services agreement with APEX GA, LLC to provide services to the organization. APEX GA, LLC is a disregarded entity wholly owned by Joe Leader who serves as CEO of the organization. The amounts paid to APEX GA, LLC for services totaled $393,879 for the year ended December 31, 2019.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	There are three categories of membership: Regular Airline, Regular Lessor, Regular Vendor, and Honorary. Only Regular Airline and Regular Vendor members (collectively referred to as "Regular Members") have voting rights.
