Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	Compensation for the Executive Director is determined by the treasurer and the executive committee based on the financial condition of the organization.

Form 990, Part XII, Line 2: Change of Oversight or Selection Process	On a monthly basis the Board of Directors receives monthly financial statements; approves all membership dues, programs and other revenue as well as all the expenditures. Year-end financial statements are presented to the Board of Directors and are the basis for the preparation of the form 990.
