Client Note 1 Client Note 1 - EMBEZELMENT OF FUNDSIN MAY OF 2019 IT WAS FOUND THAT FUNDS WERE BEING PAID OUT THAT WERE NOT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THIS ENTITY. UPON REVIEW IT WAS FOUND THAT A KNOWN PERSON WAS USING THE FUNDS OF THE ENTITY FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL GAIN. THIS PERSON WAS REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES AND CHARGED WITH HIS CRIMES. ON DECEMBER 11, 2019 A JUDGEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $21,723.13 WAS ISSUED AGAINST HIM REQUIRING THAT THE STOLEN FUNDS BE RETURNED TO THE ORGANIZATION. THE SUBJECT IS CURRENTLY MAKING PAYMENTS.
