Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	There are currently 91 members of Walker Lodge #306 and each member is entitled to one vote if they are at the regularly scheduled meeting. Members vote on bills to be paid and charitable contributions approved by the Charity Committee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Officers are elected annually by the members of the organization for a term of one year. Trustees are elected by the members for a term of 3 years with the provision that one Trustee is voted on annually.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b	Committees cannot act on behalf of the organization. The Committees must present their findings to the lodge members and the lodge members then vote on the Committee's recommendations.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The audit committee reviews the annual reports and then the Form 990 for the Fiscal Year is prepared. After the Form 990 is completed a copy of the Form 990 is made available to all members if they request it. The Trustees are given a complete copy of the Form 990 for their review and if there are no problems the Form 990 is filed in a timely manner.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All officers and trustees are required to sign a
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	All Trustee and Officer compensation is set forth in the by-laws. Trustees of Walker Lodge #306, the Secretary and Financial Secretary receive $1,200 annually and the assistant secretary receives $200 annually. The Senior Trustee of the Mary I Clay Fund receives $1,000 annually and the other two trustees receive $600 annually. They are all paid on a quarterly basis through the ADP Payroll system and ADP files all Federal and State reports as required. No officer or trustee can be paid for more that one position.
