Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	The member board makes the majoritiy of operation decisions. Any major decisions are subject to the annual board meeting for all members of the club to discuss.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	At the annual board meeting in January, the form 990 is available for public viewing, and a copy is held in the administration's office for viewing upon request all year.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	The member board accepted a conflict of interest policy, any board member or significant employee must present their conflict of interest to any matter subject to review of the board.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	Top management compensation is determined by the member board and reviewed annually. Board members receive no compensation.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15b: Compensation Review and Approval Process for Officers and Key Employees	Top management's compensation is determined by the member board, subject to review annually.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available	All financial documents, form 990, and other policies are available during normal business hours from the administrative office.
