| Form 990, Part III, Line 4d | Program Service Expenses 117,709, Grants and allocations 0, Revenue 36,640 Wildfire attended, along with CAA agency and state staff, the National Community Action Partnership Conference in August in Chicago, IL. The conference, with its heavy focus on Organizational Standards and Anti-Poverty Practices, provided the opportunity for Arizona to stay abreast of the most current information and to learn from best practices in the field on implementation strategies. Wildfires Director of Supportive Services, along with 3 CAA staff attended ROMA training this November in Sacramento, CA. Prior to attending, multiple ROMA modules needed to be completed. After attending the in-person training, attendees had to submit a portfolio of an agency they had reviewed under the lens of ROMA and took a final exam to become a Certified ROMA Implementer. All four who attended in November have received their certification. |

| Form 990, Part III, Line 4d | Program Service Expenses 108,153, Grants and allocations 56,235, Revenue 0 Volunteer Income Tax Assistance VITA US Treasury grant to support the Maricopa Volunteer Income Tax Network, was extended for the period August 2019 to September 2020. Funding supported the deployment of 42 VITA sites across Maricopa County, supported by volunteer tax preparers, who prepared tax returns for no cost for Maricopa County individuals and families. Volunteers, despite Covid19 challenges, contributed 246,478 in volunteer hours. These volunteers completed 9,667 federal tax returns, saving low-mid income families tax preparation fees. The program will run again during the 2021 tax season. |

Under this CFR agreement up to 20,000,000 will directly assist qualified Phoenix residents and up to 4,000,000 for administrative costs and up to 1,416,600 to directly assist qualified Phoenix refugees and asylees and 283,400 for administrative costs. |
