We did have some expenditures which will turn into credits from vendors in 2021 but no corresponding program revenue as no festival was held due to the pandemic.

Return Reference	Explanation
Form 990, Part III, Line 3	Due to the pandemic we were not able to hold the festival in 2020. This greatly affected our revenue and expenses. We had begun receiving contributions for which all donors indicated we should hold and use for the 2021 festival. There were a few expenses already incurred such as down payments for entertainment which also will roll over into 2021.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	No formal review is or will be conducted.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Documents are made available to the public upon request to the Governing Board.
Form 990, Part VIII, Line 12	General Statement for Income and Expenses for FY 2019 - Revenue and expenses were greatly altered from previous years. The pandemic caused the cancellation of the festival after some contributoins had been received and some expenses had been incurred. All will be carried over to 2020 as credits.
