Return Reference	Explanation
Pt X, Line 2	The Organization is exempt from income taxation under the provisions of Section 501(c)(12) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Financial Accounting Standards Board issued guidance clarifying the accounting for uncertain income tax positions, which would require additional disclosure. Management believes there are no material uncertain tax positions that require recognition in the accompanying financial statements. The tax years ending September 30, 2017, 2018, and 2019 are still open to audit for federal purposes. The Organization has a policy to record interest and penalties (if any) related to income tax matters in income tax expense. The Organization is exempt from income taxation under the provisions of Section 501(c)(12) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Financial Accounting Standards Board issued guidance clarifying the accounting for uncertain income tax positions, which would require additional disclosure. Management believes there are no material uncertain tax positions that require recognition in the accompanying financial statements. The tax years ending September 30, 2017, 2018, and 2019 are still open to audit for federal purposes. The Organization has a policy to record interest and penalties (if any) related to income tax matters in income tax expense. The Organization has determined that its tax positions satisfy the more likely than not criterion and that no provision for income taxes is required at September 30, 2020.
