	In connection with the exempt purpose of the Organization, various networking and educational forums and events are produced throughout the year. There is no admission cost for these events and accordingly, Organization Members are allowed to attend free of charge. Members are encouraged to interact in order to encourage learning and information sharing where these opportunities would not normally exist. During 2015, the Organization held numerous events including a summer career fair, panel discussions and networking events.
