What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Promotes the social welfare of the men and women who are retired from the Armed Forces of the United States. Educates the public and members of Congress about the retired military community, and represents members interests at both the federal and state levels. Assists needy and disabled veterans and widows of deceased veterans.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
