Pt VI, Line 3	The directors hired a qualified water management firm to oversee the repairs and testing of the water distributed to the members. The directors contracted with a billing firm to handle the billing and collection of water fees on behalf of the association. The directors contracted with an individual to read the water meters monthly and to do connects, disconnects, and re-connects to the system.
Pt VI, Line 6	The association has a member fee which allows water service to be offered to a member. Each member has an vote to vote in election for the Board of Directors
