Part X, Line 2:	The Association is exempt from income taxes under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(6). The Association performed an evaluation of uncertain tax positions for the year ended June 30, 2020, and determined that there were no matters that would require recognition in the financial statements or which may have an effect on its tax-exempt status. It is the Association's policy to recognize interest and/or penalties related to uncertain tax positions, if any, as income tax expense. As of June 30, 2020, no provision for income taxes was made, as the Association had no significant net taxable unrelated business income. The tax records of the Association generally remain open for three years for income tax examination.
