Martinganza AQHA Show & Futurity held in Williamston, NC. This is our largest event. We try to offer classes at the horseshow that our exhibitors would like to participate in.

Little River Circuit held in Lake Waccamaw, NC Our second year in Lake Waccamaw, NC after relocating from Williamston, NC. We had a much better year than in 2018 due to better weather. We hope to continue to improve.

Form 990, Part III, Line 3 Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we were unable to host our biggest two events and incurred losses on items already paid for (advertising, promotional merchandise, paperwork that cannot be reused due to dates printed). We had our two smaller events but both were also impacted by the Covid-10 Pandemic. We had losses on all of our functions in 2020.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 We have members assigned to us by the state affiliate who gets the membership money and assigns members by their location in the state of NC. The state is divided into six districts. We are District 4. We have our own Tax Id and by-laws, but we are connected by membership only

We also ask the current officers and directors if they want to remain in their position. We take nominations from the floor for officers and ask if anyone is interested. We have an election of the members present, majority rules.
