Explanation:

The delay of this return is due to a change in the Association Board, which was elected in September 2020, where the previous Board did not provide the timing of the 2019/2020 return. We assumed tax forms to be filed by April 15th as are normal individual returns. All Board Members are volunteers that work regular full-time jobs.
