    3 The Foundation continued to add projects to the web application. The MOU with Virginia Tech Foundation allowed some projects to be added by students under the supervision of faculty there. Contract funds paid by the Foundation to the Virginia Tech Foundation in 2019 funded student and faculty support. Testing expansion of the subscriber model continued, but all foundation activities were hampered in 2020 by the COVID 19 virus. The foundation earned a small amount of interest on funds reserved for these purposes from a savings account ($13.81).
