What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Our mission is to engage and inspire the Human Resources Professional to drive excellence and innovation, and to make a difference in the community. Our programs, speakers, and conferences (all provided from virtual platforms) helped hundreds of HR professionals from across the Bluegrass navigate the constantly changing landscape and challenges of Covid-19. In recognition of our efforts, our chapter was awarded the?2020?Platinum?Excel?Award, which recognizes outstanding achievements in operations and a commitment to providing meaningful programs and services to our members. It also is recognition of our continued growth and development as a business leader, capable of developing strategies that lead to business success!?

28 We provided virtual Monthly Chapter Meetings that focus on Human Resources topics. A guest speaker or panel is invited to present on an important topic related to current issues in the field of Human Resources to ensure that our members are able to navigate organizational challenges and legal issues in the workplace and to hone leadership and change management skills to move their company culture forward.
