Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Uptown Association's mission is to create and sustain a healthy business and community environment by providing open communication between stakeholders, promoting economic development without sacrificing our unique culture and serving as a catalyst toward the improvement of the Uptown community.

	The Uptown Art Fair organized an art fair at an off-site location at Bachman's. Approximately 50 artists participated and paid a booth fee to sell their work at the event.

	After the civil unrest in Uptown. UA organized artists and building/business owners to paint and receive murals on boarded up plywood windows. UA took in donations for stipend to the artists.

	Artist application income was collected for the 2020 Uptown Art Fair - subsequently the event was unable to be held due to COVID. This fee was non-refundable. Also some sponsorship income was collected for 2020, which will be applied to the 2021 event.
