What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Virginia Progressive Leadership Project mission was to recruit, train, encourage and cultivate community leaders and activists across the Commonwealth, focusing on leadership development for Virginians.Effective December 31, 2019, the organization suspended operations due to fundraising and staff capacity. The organization is not dissolving because it is possible that activities will be reinstated in the future.
