Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	Contracts with management service companies to provide staff support and services in the areas of membership, education/certification, IT, accounting, and human resources. The organization's Executive Director is an employee of, and is compensated by, Kellen Company. Total compensation the organization paid to Kellen Company during fiscal year 2020 for services rendered was $1,180,402. The organization also uses Thomas Associates to coordinate the SMRPCO program. Total compensation the organization paid to Thomas Associates during fiscal year 2020 for services rendered was $26,038. Total compensation for management service companies for fiscal year 2020 was $1,206,440.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Society has six classes of members: individual member, executive member company, supplier member, emerging professional member, honorary member, and lifetime member. Individual, supplier, and lifetime members have voting rights.
