Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4	We expanded our field of membership to include employees and family members of the Rock Island Milan School District and also any employee working in a a business located in Rock island within the boundaries of 1st Avenue to the North 7th Avenue to the South 15th Street to the West and 38th Street to the East. These changes required us to amend our bylaws and articles of incorporation.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	As of December 13, 2020, we had 5478 members with at least one share in the credit union.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	All Directors serve a one year term and are elected in person or by proxy at our annual meeting held in March.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Directors are elected annually by the membership, and certain bylaw changes and any decision to merge or be merged must be approved by the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The President is responsible for for the filing of the Form 990 in a timely and accurate manner. He prepared the return based on year-end financial statements and other records of the credit union.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The personnel committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, who act as unpaid volunteers, review the President's performance based on pre-established criteria and goals. They refer to industry salary survey and benefits surveys to ensure his salary is in line with peers and also decide on any bonuses or goals reached. The President reviews other officers salaries also using industry salary surveys and has the authority to increase their salaries with the blessing of the Personnel committee.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Monthly financial statements are available to any member upon request. Our year-end financial statements are available upon request and a summary report is printed in our annual report and presented to the membership at our annual meeting in March and is in the lobby at all times. Our bylaws and articles of incorporation would also be made available upon request to all members.
Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	We have a defined benefit pension plan, and had a net gain in our Other Comprehensive Income related to this plan of $93,134 for the year, bring the total Other Comprehensive Income to -$812,454 (from -$905,588).
