Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The members vote at the annual meeting of the Credit Union to elect members to the board, credit committee & supervisory committee.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Each board meeting, we discuss any officers, staff or family members that have taken out any loans.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	We have compared our Member Service Representative's salary and benefits with the NCUL's salary survey. We hired a new person due to retirement and wanted to verify what was a equitable salary and benefits package. The salary range and benefits package was discussed with the board.

Form 990, Part IX, Line 24e	This is comprised primarily of loan servicing expense & provision for loan loss expense.
