Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	The Organization provides for its management under an agreement with Conway Data, Inc. ("CDI"), an unrelated corporation. Under the agreement, CDI manages the administrative and related affairs of the Organization at the direction of the Organization's Board of Directors. The Organization's Executive Director, Tate Godfrey, is compensated by CDI. His reportable compensation and non-taxable benefits were $195,725 and $3,645, respectively, for 2020.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 4	Article 3.10 of the Bylaws is amended to give only Corporate Members and Associate Members voting rights on certain matters, including: (i) the election, appointment, or removal of Directors; (ii) any other matters submitted by the Board to a vote by Corporate Members and Associate Members; and (iii) the adoption, amendment, or repeal of the Bylaws. Article 5.2 of the Bylaws is amended to set the number of Directors to serve on the Board at fifteen (15). Ten (10) of the Directors shall be representatives of Corporate Members. The Directors are elected in staggered classes of five (5) Directors per year. Articles 6.2 and 6.3 of the Bylaws are amended to lower the minimum number of days required to provide proper notice of regular and special meetings from seven (7) to three (3). Article 6.5 of the Bylaws is amended to raise the minimum number of Directors present to constitute a quorum from three (3) to eleven (11).
