| Form 990-EZ, Part III, Line 29 | Public Relations 433 The company values the members opinions on all issues affecting agriculture. Each fall we ask for member input on the topics the company should be working on. We then give all members the opportunity to view all issues brought up statewide and indicate which issues are a priority. In March of each year, we send out a survey asking members opinions on several issues that are most important to the members. Our Board of Directors use that information to come up with policy for the company. We presented our policy at the companys annual meeting which was held virtually in August. A delegate from the company then presents the issues and speak for the company at the state conference. |
| Form 990-EZ, Part III, Line 30 | Program Support - Young Farmers 350 Each year the company sends out information to every member, highlighting member benefits and activities. We regularly provide information on company benefits through mailers and Facebook posts. We also offer incentives to company members to spread the word about what our company does. |
