Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The governing documents and the financial statement are available during the business hours for review by the members in good standing. All records are maintained in the club's office, and upon the Freedom of Information request, are available for public viewing. The copy of the completed Form 990 is transmitted to the parent organization in New York City. The public viewing announcement is on the parent's web site.
Form 990, Part XII, Line 2c	The Constitution and the by-laws mandate every two years the election of a three member Audit Committee. The Committee overseas the management of the club. The committee members meet quarterly to examine the financial records and the club's operation; and subsequently resent a report at the monthly meeting. They are present at the Executive Board meetings an partake in the discussions of the financial and economic with the matters of the club. They schedule meetings between themselves and are empower to call a meeting with the Executive The Chair also has the authority, if deemed necessary, to present to the membership a petition for an independent audit.
