Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	Section 501c(14) Credit Union is composed of members. The Credit Union has a single class of members with equal rights of ownership, governance and voting.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	Board Members are elected at the Annual Meeting held in March each year. Nominations must be filed with the election committee by the previous December. Board Members are elected for a three year term.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	Mergers, if the Credit Union is not the surviving institution, coversion to federal charter or bank or savings institution require approval by the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Form 990 is carrefully reviewed by management as is made available to the Board of Directors prior to filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	An Annual Conflict of interest statement is signed by the Directors and officers. Board members are required to recuse themselves from any discussion or voting matters where there may be a conflict.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	President & CEO compensation is reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors annually using the results of several compensation surveys. The approval of the President & CEO's compensation is documented in HR and the compensation budget is included in the Board of Director minutes. The compensation review is completed annually.
