What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUR CORNERS BOARD OF REALTORS, AN INNOVATIVE TRADE ORGANIZATION OF REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS, IS TO: PROTECT THE RIGHT TO OWN, USE, AND TRANSFER REAL ESTATE. PROMOTE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE REALTORS SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT. PROVIDE EDUCATION, PROGRAMS, AND SERVICES TO ENHANCE MEMBER'S ABILITY TO CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS SUCCESSFULLY WITH INTEGRITY AND COMPETENCY.

28 THE FOUR CORNERS BOARD OF REALTORS HOSTED THE ANNUAL DEAN HANSON MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING EDUCATION THROUGH THE ISSUANCE OF TEN ONE THOUSAND DOLLAR SCHOLARSHIPS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO CORDINATED THE ANNUAL PARADE OF LIGHTS, ASSISTED THE SALVATION ARMY, AND PARTICIPATED WITH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY IN THEIR EFFORT TO CONSTRUCT NEW HOMES FOR UNDER RESOURCED FAMILIES IN MONTEZUMA COUNTY. EIGHT SEMENIARS WERE HELD TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS AND SUPPORT WAS PROVIDED FOR THE LOCAL ECONOMIC SUMMIT.
