Explanation:

Incorrectly thought due date was extended to June 15 (extended by one month like personal returns). I was looking at the wrong thing, as the June 15 date corresponds to January 31 year ends. I have always filed these reports on time, and was legitimately confused when the personal tax return due date was extended again, and thought Form 990 was extended too. I admit I made a mistake here.
