Explanation:

I am an accountant but not a tax accountant. I only file two of this type of return each year as a volunteer for the organizations. One has a June 30 year end and does not have to file electronically until the next return (just by luck). I missed the change requiring electronic filing in the instructions and had no other way to know about this change. I filed the paper return 12-15-2020 thinking that I had filed it on time. I received your letter dated 5-21-2021 on 6-5-2021 by USPS. So I received your letter past the 10 day window for your requested reply. I filed electronically 6-8-2021. I will file future returns electronically as required. I respectfully request that the organization not be penalized for this oversite. I will read the instructions thoroughly in the future.
