Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	The organization has due-paying members who become a member by meeting specific requirements such as being sponsored by a current member and have 2 other Elks members as references, complete an application read at a members meeting. It will be forwarded to an investigating committee and the applicant will be interviewed and voted to decide if they qualify to become a member.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	Members and special committees consisting of members, make decisions such as accepting new members, or any other major changes in conducting business.
Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	Trustees (house committee) meeting is held annually by June 15th.
Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	A monthly meeting is held to discuss financial status and any other item of concern, including conflict of interest policy. Rules are governed by the Oath & Obiligations Bylaws.
Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19	The organization makes its governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and any financial statements available to the public upon request only. This organization consists of due-paying members. These records are available to the members at the monthly meetings.
