Pt VI, Line 11b	The Form 990 and accompanying schedules are prepared by an independent accounting firm. The executive director reviews the tax return and resolves any differences with the independent accounting firm. The Form 990 and accompanying schedules are then distributed to the executive committee for review and comment. Distribution may include mail, electronic mail, or a secure link on the organization's website. Once all questions or discrepancies are resolved, then the tax return is filed with the Internal Revenue Service.
