Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Membership is limited to persons who are members of the Alpha Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho and are now alumni of the Chapter or former Colony. A person who has previously been initiated into the Chapter will be considered an alumnus of the Chapter once they have met one of the following two criteria: (a) have attained a bachelors, masters, or doctoral degree from Louisiana State University (LSU) or (b) are no longer enrolled as a collegiate student at LSU or any other university with an active Chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho and petition the Board of the Foundation for special membership. Membership of alumni from active chapters of Alpha Gamma Rho from universities other than LSU, and special membership status is permitted, but requires a 2/3 approval from the current directors.
