SINCE 1996, MCFARLAND HAS BEEN PROVIDING CHAPLAINCY SERVICES IN LOCAL HEALTHCARE AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE INSTITUTIONS. IN 1997, MCFARLAND ADDED A TRAINING PROGRAM TO OPERATE WELLNESS PROGRAMS IN AREA CHURCHES. LATER, IN 2004, THIS PROGRAM WAS EXPANDED TO INCLUDE TRAINING FOR LAY HEALTH LEADERS. DR. JUNE WILDER SERVES AS VICE PRESIDENT FOR CHAPLAINCY SERVICES FOR MCFARLAND. UNDER DR.
