Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The entity is a non-profit organization consisting of dues-paying members who elect the governing body.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Financial reports and/or statements are prepared by the outside accountant and given to the Finance Officer, Adjutant or Commander for monthly review by the Executive Board and the membership, so interested members are familiar with the entity's financial status. Upon completion of the tax return, preparer meets with signing officer and highlights any changes in reporting from that of prior year's filing. Once approved and signed, a copy of the return is kept on file for review by the membership, as requested.
