28 In 2020, the first year of Women Leaders Emerge (WLE) , we identified potential partner groups to carry out the WLE mission as stakeholders and for co-trainings. This year served as a planning year to build strong relationships with these partners and to begin to gain familiarity with these future attendees and leaders.
