What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Organization's purpose is to promote business to the downtown Auburn business area. This is done by organizing and promoting activities in the downtown area and enhancing the appearance and business environment of the downtown area.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The organization sponsors and promotes various events in the Auburn downtown area, open, and usually free, to the entire community, with the three main events being; 1)Cruise Nites which is held once a month in the summer time (only two events held due to COVID) with 12 vendors, 120 cars(participants), and 2000 attendees at each event, 2) the Christmas Festival also open to the entire community with vendors, and 3) the Wine/Ale & Food Festival. (both were cancelled due to COVID)

29 Enhanced the business environment, beautified the appearance (clean-up and restoration of landscape of East Placer Park), promoted the businesses, and improved security and comfort of the downtown area of Auburn for its local community and its visitors: set-up and funded dining space, tables, and umbrellas for downtown restaurants to assist with COVID Related restrictions by facilitating outdoor dining; contributed $20,000 towards the cost of building umbrella (artistic shade structure); and contributed towards an Auburn promotional video, aiding in the economic development of this business area. Members include 359 businesses of Downtown Auburn.
