Explanation:

We completed 2019, 990, and mailed it in before the deadline but never got a confirmation. We checked the IRS online search but only found 2017, and 2018. Because of the Virus, and the toll it took on our lodge with illnesses, Deaths, plus the time it took to get any information on our 2019, 990. This also hindered our efforts to get any loans that would have helped to keep the lodge functional. We were forced to shut down for most of 2020. We lost most of our Volunteers, our Secretary, Financial Advisor, and Accountant. Not having anyone available for bookkeeping put us in a hole that we are still trying to work ourselves out of. We are doing everything possible to get back on track. We used an online tax program, which we thought had an online electric signature. There must have been an error that caused it to be sent back. We are diligently working to comply with all IRS reporting procedures. Your help and understanding will be greatly appreciated.
