Explanation

Part X, Line 2:

The Association would record a liability for uncertain tax positions when it became probable that a loss has been incurred and the amount can be reasonably estimated. Interest would be recognized and accrued related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest expense and penalties in operating expenses. Management continually evaluates expiring statutes of limitations, proposed settlements, and changes in tax law and new authoritative rulings. As of December 31, 2020 and 2019, no liabilities for uncertain tax positions have been identified or recorded.
