Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The organization is one that maintains a sorority house at The Ohio State University. The governing body is made up of two volunteers who run the organization. One of the volunteers reviews and signs off on the return.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The organization uses the services of Fraternity Managers Association, Inc. as a bookkeeping service who also arranges for the preparation of the Form 990. No one else other than the two volunteers needs to review it.
