Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	All volunteer fire fighters are a member of the Wabasha Fire Department Relief Association and as a member have voting rights.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Each year an election is held to vote for the governing body of the Wabasha Fire Department. Each member is entitled to one vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Members vote on any changes to the organizational structure, bylaw changes and election of officers.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The treasurer of the fire department presents monthly the financial position of the fire department. These financials are then used to prepare the 990.
