Form 990, Part I, Line 1, Description of Organization Mission:	The National Industrial Sand Association (NISA) is a trade association organized to advance the interests of companies that mine or process industrial sand. NISA was formed in 1936, and its membership consists of North American industrial sand companies. NISA operates through a Board of Directors, standing committees and task forces.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Association has members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	A Nominating Committee nominates a slate of candidates for available terms or vacancies for officers and directors. Nominations are also solicited from the floor.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	NISA will submit its draft form 990 to the NISA Executive Committee (consituted as the NISA Audit Committee) for review no less than 14 days before its intended filing date and will respond to questions, comments, and suggestions accordingly.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	Persons covered by this policy will voluntarily disclose or update to the Chairman of the Board of Directors their interests that could give rise to conflicts of interest.
