We paper filed timely, were unaware that we had to file electronically. We experienced an electrical storm here in Jackson, Ms that blew out our server, and our printers, our heating and cooling unit, computers were fried. We were without computers or electronic communication for two months while insurance company argued about coverage. We are not cash flush so we went without a server or printer during those times. We ask that since this is our first time filing this way that you allow us to be free of penalties and interest, and view our submission in that light, we may have some errors on the page.
