| Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management | For the CEO, PDPOAs Chairman and Immediate Past Chairman shall conduct a review of the Executives performance in December each year of the Term, which shall include a review of the Executives Base Salary. The Executives Base Salary may be increased based on, among other considerations, any average increase in wages approved in the coming years operating budget.In addition to the Base Salary, the Executive may, in PDPOAs sole discretion, be eligible to receive a Bonus Payment upon recommendation by PDPOAs Executive Committee or its designee.For top management, the CEO reviews their performance on an annual basis. Annually, management presents a detailed operating budget to the Finance Committee. After the Finance Committee reviews the detailed operating budget, the Finance Committee presents a consolidated operating budget to the Board requesting their approval.
