	Handicapped Children - The Lodge is active in helping children and adults who were born with or have acquired disabilities. The Lodge has supplied medically necessary clothing and equipment when needed and also required therapy treatments. The town Office of the Disabled makes us aware of residents needing help. The lodge also subsidizes social functions for special need residents and it hosts the annual Disabilities Awareness Day at no charge to the organizer. The lodge also participates in district and state handicap projects.

	Youth Activities - The Lodge provides sponsorship to Little League and youth sports teams. It also holds annual competitions for baseball basketball an soccer with winners advancing to District competition. The Annual Sports Day challenges children for 5 to 18 years of age in three sports, and it draws close to 100 participants. Children receive shirts, snacks and awards for winners. The Lodge also sponsors students to leadership conferences and contibutes to various high school activities.

	Social and Community Welfare - The lodge often gets called upon to help residents in distress. The maybe victims of fires or suffering from job loss or have some other reason for assistance. The lodgealso distributes dozens of food baskets across town to the needy for holidays or if other requested. Donations are also made to ther not-for-profit clubs to help them do their work.

Drug Awareness - The lodge contributes $ 92 to local programs to inform school children about the dangers of drugs. Americanism - The lodge engages in activities that promote patriotism, the country and our flag $ 332

Pt VI, Line 1a	The executive officers of the lodge must be proposed and approved by the membership annually by a vote at regular meeting. Requests for disbursement for acquisitions or donations are discussed and voted on at a regular meetings by all present.
Pt VI, Line 8a	ll meetings are documented in writing. The governace body and any committee meetings that are held.
Pt VIII	The NJ State conference numbers are materially large for both income and expenses. The NJ State Elks Association mandates participation in the annual convention and parage in June. The revenue and expenses are basically a pass through for the members to pay for the cost of lodgings, food and refreshments for the weekend event.
Pt VI, Line 11b	The results of the annual financial audit is presented with Form 990 to an audit committee of three trustees. The results are shared at a regular meeting with the members. The reports are then available for review in the lodge office.
Pt VII, Col (E)	The lodge officers are not compensated for their service. A small stipend is offered to the Treasurer & Secretary for their specialized duties. Both refused the stipend this year.
